Our language principles
- Plain words first, the traditional word second, never jargon alone.
- Ayurveda as a practical wellness system. No religious belief is needed or assumed.
- Spiritual or devotional practices are always optional and clearly labelled.
- We recommend and support. We never say prescribe, diagnose, cure or treat.
- Invite, don't shame: a missed day pauses your rhythm, it never resets it.
- Every body is welcome: any age, size, culture, faith or none, gender or ability.
